Which day is the Taj Mahal closed?
The Taj Mahal is closed to visitors every Friday for prayers. All other monuments in Agra remain open. We plan itineraries around this automatically.
Is sunrise at the Taj Mahal worth the early start?
Yes. The marble changes colour in the first hour of light and the crowds are at their thinnest. Our overnight itineraries are designed specifically so you are at the gate before opening.
Are monument entrance fees included?
Entrance fees are usually listed under Excluded so that you pay only for the monuments you choose to enter. We are happy to purchase tickets on your behalf in advance.
How long is the drive from Delhi to Agra?
