Same Day Agra Tour By Gatimaan Express Train (Standard)

Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel or specified location in Delhi. You will be transferred to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station or New Delhi Railway Station in an air-conditioned vehicle, where you will board the Gatiman Express (India’s fastest train) or the Shatabdi Express, depending on availability.

The Gatiman Express departs from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station at 08:10 AM. Relax in your Executive Class seat as you enjoy a comfortable ride with refreshments and snacks provided on board. The train will cover the distance to Agra in approximately 1.5 hours, ensuring a swift and enjoyable journey.

Upon arrival at Agra Railway Station, you will be met by your private guide, who will be waiting to take you on a guided tour of Agra’s top attractions. You will be transferred in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

Your first stop will be the Taj Mahal, the epitome of Mughal architecture and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Spend approx. 2 hours here exploring its stunning marble structures, lush gardens, and the rich history behind its construction.   • Visit Mehtab Bagh (approximately 30 minutes), a tranquil garden located across the Yamuna River that offers stunning panoramic views of the Taj Mahal, perfect for photos, especially in the late afternoon light.
  • Alternatively, visit Agra's local markets to shop for souvenirs such as marble handicrafts, leather goods, textiles, and jewellery. This is a great chance to pick up some unique mementos of your trip.

After exploring Agra, you will be transferred back to Agra Railway Station for your return journey to Delhi. You will be accompanied by your guide and private driver to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

Board the Gatiman Express at 05:50 PM for your return journey to Delhi. Relax and enjoy onboard snacks and refreshments as you travel back to Delhi, reflecting on your wonderful day in Agra.
